Proof of income & Employment - Paystubs, W-2s, Tax Returns
Recent bank statements - Last 2 months (including retirement accounts)
Identification - U.S. or foreign passport, drivers license, state issued ID card, permanent resident card or visa (if applicable)
Information about existing debts - car loans, student loans, credit cards, personal loans
Bankruptcy discharge documents (if applicable)
